Windows application

ThisBoard Studio.

The hardware stays simple. Studio provides the intelligence: global input interception, profile management, action execution, diagnostics and a local status display.

VISUAL EDITOR

Assign by clicking the board

The interface mirrors the 4 × 4 key grid and exposes all nine encoder actions.

PROFILES

Complete layouts, not isolated macros

Duplicate, rename, import, export and switch entire sets of assignments.

LOCAL FIRST

No account or telemetry

Configuration, profiles and logs stay in your Windows user data directory.

SEQUENCES

Ordered multi-step actions

Combine hotkeys, text, commands, window focus and controlled pauses.

SAFE PRESS

Hold before sensitive actions

Add a deliberate time threshold to a chosen confirmation control.

SIGNALS

Six local status channels

Show named states in a floating HUD through a token-protected localhost API.

Supported action types

From one keystroke to a complete routine.

  • Keyboard shortcuts
  • Exact text and reusable templates
  • Web and local file URLs
  • Applications and command arguments
  • Window-title focus matching
  • Multi-step action sequences
  • Internal Studio controls
EXAMPLE SEQUENCE

Focus, open, wait, type.

focus:Project window
hotkey:ctrl+n
wait:400

Status API

The optional status server binds to 127.0.0.1, not the network interface. Requests require the random token stored in the local configuration. Disable the API in Studio when it is not needed.
